Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to lead design for our women's collection — ethnic, indo-western, and contemporary. You will own the design calendar from concept to production-ready tech packs, working directly with the founder and production team.

What You'll Do

• Design seasonal collections for sarees, lehengas, kurta sets, dresses and indo-western fusion
• Create detailed tech packs including measurements, construction notes, and fabric specifications
• Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments from vendors in Delhi NCR and beyond
• Work with tailors to ensure designs translate accurately from sketch to garment
• Assist in styling product shoots for e-commerce and social media
• Monitor fashion trends relevant to the Indian bridal and festive market

What We're Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent)
• 1–4 years of experience in women's Indian ethnic or fusion wear
• Strong hand-sketching ability; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Deep understanding of fabrics — silk, georgette, chanderi, brocade, net, chiffon
• Ability to work in a fast-paced small-team environment with real ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify product listings or e-commerce imagery
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques — zari, zardozi, aari, gota patti
• Active personal or portfolio Instagram showing your design sensibility

Role Overview

We need a highly skilled tailor with expertise in both bespoke garment construction and precision alterations. You will be the backbone of our production floor — handling complex bespoke orders, leading alterations for clients, and mentoring junior tailors.

What You'll Do

• Construct bespoke garments from scratch based on client measurements and design specifications
• Handle the full range of alterations — saree blouses, lehengas, suits, dresses, sherwanis
• Perform specialist repairs including invisible mending, embroidery repair, lining replacement
• Conduct client fittings and mark garments with precision on the customer's body
• Maintain quality standards and inspect completed work before handover
• Train and supervise junior tailors and helpers on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years experience in bespoke tailoring and garment alterations
• Expertise in both Indian ethnic wear (lehenga, blouse, sherwani, kurta) and western wear
• Ability to work with silk, brocade, georgette, chiffon, wool, and all major fabric types
• Strong understanding of pattern cutting, seam allowances, and garment structure
• Experience with invisible zip insertion and complex embroidery-area work

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative content mind to grow Seona Couture's presence on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will shoot, edit, write, and strategise — owning the brand's voice online and converting followers into customers.

What You'll Do

• Plan and shoot Reels, Stories, product photography, and behind-the-scenes content at our Greater Noida West studio
• Edit video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Write compelling product descriptions, captions, and campaign copy
• Manage @seona_couture on Instagram and grow the YouTube channel
• Coordinate with designers and tailors to capture the production process authentically
• Track engagement analytics and optimise content strategy based on data

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
• Portfolio of Instagram or YouTube content demonstrating your aesthetic sensibility
• Proficiency in video editing and photo editing (Lightroom, Canva, Premiere)
• Understanding of Instagram algorithm, Reels strategy, and SEO for social
• Strong Hindi and English communication skills (written and spoken)

Role Overview

You will be the face of Seona Couture for walk-in clients at our A S Galleria studio. This is a high-touch sales role — understanding client needs, guiding fabric and style choices, managing bespoke orders, and ensuring every client leaves delighted.

What You'll Do

• Greet and consult walk-in clients for bespoke tailoring, alterations, and ready-to-wear
• Guide clients through fabric selection, style options, and pricing with confidence
• Record client measurements and order details accurately
• Follow up on pending orders and communicate delivery timelines via WhatsApp
• Handle cash and digital payments; maintain daily sales records
• Assist with visual merchandising and studio presentation

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing fashion roles
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English; warm, confident personality
• Genuine interest in fashion and the ability to discuss fabrics and styles knowledgeably
• Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel)
• Flexibility to work weekends (our busiest days)

Role Overview

We offer a structured internship programme for final-year fashion design students and recent graduates. Over 3–6 months you will work directly with our design and production team, get your hands on real garment development, and build a portfolio you are genuinely proud of.

What You'll Experience

• Assist in sketch development and mood board creation for upcoming collections
• Observe and participate in bespoke client fittings and alteration consultations
• Shadow production floor work — cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checking
• Assist with fabric sourcing trips in Delhi NCR markets
• Support social media content creation and product shoots
• Receive structured feedback sessions and a mentor from the senior team

Who Should Apply

• Final-year or recent graduate students of NIFT, Pearl Academy, or any fashion design institute in NCR
• Strong enthusiasm for Indian ethnic wear, bespoke tailoring, or sustainable fashion
• Willingness to be present on-site at Greater Noida West studio (not remote)
• A portfolio — even if small — showing your creative direction
